All positions will involve access to highly sensitive and confidential information involving distressed financial institutions and ongoing law enforcement activities.  Candidates must be trustworthy and have a heightened sensitivity to protecting confidential financial, personal and other information.  To be eligible, candidates must undergo a rigorous background investigation process including a live-scan fingerprinting.  Because the company is involved in banking and law enforcement activities, candidates will also be required to release credit history, and submit to extensive criminal and misdemeanor background checks.  

Your background check will go back as far as records are available through the courts.  The federal agencies with whom we contract will be conducting the background checks and are not subject to the typical seven-year limitations placed on commercial employers.  Also, documents which are considered to be sealed or expunged for public access are typically available in a government/law enforcement background search.  Candidates with criminal, misdemeanor issues in their backgrounds or who have poor credit bureau ratings are unacceptable.  Periodically, candidates will be required to submit for re-certification.  Continued employment is conditioned upon re-certification.
